In case of any problems please make sure to include as much information as possible, e.g. the type of your device, your iOS version, the version of OnTheFloor and a detailed description of the problem and the steps that lead to it. Feel free to attach screenshots to your email. You can create and add them to your device's photo library by pressing the lock and home buttons simultaneously.
